Condo is great - we had 7 ppl (5 adults and 2 kids) staying here for a week and never felt crowded. each bedroom has an en suite bath, which is very convenient.
You are less than 5 min to the pool/beach area (they are right next to each other), and there are 2 terraces/patios to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening Pina colada.
Condo is not 100% kid (really toddler) friendly with lots of stairs and decorations out for little hands to grab, but if you spend a bit of time on arrival to move things around, no big issues. The master bedroom has plenty of space for a travel crib/pack n play to be set up.

This is a really beautiful property. It has an excellent location, in a peaceful environment and a nice pool. The beds and sofa are very confortable. The kitchen is well equipped. And the communication with Nancy was excellent.

Exactly as described. The place is big, accommodates a family of 6 without a problem. Had all the essentials, even beach chairs, towels and cooler. The pool is big and had a security personnel making sure everyone was following security measures and protocol. Totally recommended.

A true gem! I stayed here with my family of 5 and we felt right at home immediately. The property is very very well stocked- every amenity you need- and you can’t beat the location. We enjoyed meals on the patio, stargazing from the roof deck and falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

This condo is like a mini townhouse with 3 floors. Each bedroom with its own bathroom and one on the main floor. View is excellent of the pool and the beach. Just minutes from each walking. Palmas del Mar resort is beautiful and about an hour from San Juan. The town of Humacao had everything we needed (Walmart, restaurants, etc.) Also restaurants inside Palmas del Mar were pretty good as well. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all needed items to cook your meals (pots/pans utensils/etc). We truly enjoyed our stay here! Lots of security on premises and everyone was very polite.

We enjoyed being able to walk two minutes to the pool/beach. Everything was as advertised. Beautiful gated community with nice walking trails. The beach was one of the best we’ve walked ion. Also, we liked to lounge on the first and third floor patios in the evening. Definitely would come back.

Needs a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and updated dinnerware. Too many items in the kitchen cabinets that should be either well cleaned or discarded. The floors of the terraces also need to be scrubbed. The rest of the unit is in good condition and very comfortable. The view from the terraces is outstanding. Would stay again.

First time in PR and we ventured into Humacao to stay at this nice villa. The place we stayed at (No. 41) was very charming and we had everything we needed. The pool was viewable from our place and so was the beach although not recommended if you want to swim in it. It's a bit rough. But great for walking. Within the villa there aren't many authentic places to eat, but there are some kiosks about 10 minutes north that were a good find. we also lost power twice. Once at nighttime and once in the am. But it came back on within an hour or so. Apparently this happens occasionally even though there were no storms in the area. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend!
