Lots of space - inside and out. Loved the pool and the beach and the whole community. Went with three adults, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to entertain local family/friends. Really enjoyed my visit. In the past, I always stayed at a hotel. This was much more relaxing. Nancy was great - made sure we were comfortable with no issues.

Very good property in good condition the host Nancy was available all the time. Looking forward to stay again.

This villa was exactly as described, very roomy for our family of six. It was decorated in a bright island decor. The kitchen was stocked with all the comforts of home. The views of the pool and the ocean were beautiful, especially from the roof deck. Nancy was great to work with and I would highly recommend this property.

Wee bit far out from the action but serenity, beauty and quiet prevail over the city vibe of San Juan. I appreciated the closeness of the beach.

Great the 3 bedroom with its bathroom was the best from the day we arrived to day we left everything was great we are already planning our next trip to PR and to this property

My family of 5 enjoyed a week long stay at the Villa. The host (Nancy) was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages via text or the VRBO app. The views of the pool, palm trees and ocean from the 3 levels are fantastic. Everything was as advertised. Rented a golf cart from Target Rent-a-Car for a couple of days and explored the area. Golf cart paths are everywhere in Palmas del Mar. The pool is huge and stays open late. Ordered groceries online via Econo2Go, only 6 dollars to deliver. Would love to rent this unit again. My only complaint is that I still have not received my refund for the 400 dollar security deposit, over 2 weeks after checkout.

Our teens loved having separate rooms and a balcony.

We stayed to golf and relax away from San Juan. This location is beautiful and the rooftop is great for stargazing when it's dark!

We had a great experience at this property. The process was easy and smooth. Nancy did all the arrangements for the golf car too. The villa is beautiful, clean and fully equiped with everything you need. The view is amazing. We will plan to come back again in the near future.

This is a terrific property to rent for a beach vacation! The pool and the beach are just a few steps away. The view from the roof terrace is amazing. Everything worked perfectly. The gas grill on the roof terrace was in great condition. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definetely be coming back to this property!!

This vacation was wonderful! Walk the beach swim in the pool- and so close to beach you enjoy the sound if waves crashing... this was absolutely worth every penny. The kids LIVED the house, my husband and I enjoyed sitting on terrace every single night to talk and relax.. just stunning.
