Nancy Cruz, owner of Comfort Rentals Puerto Rico. Born in New York and living in Puerto for over 30 years. Enjoys tennis, racquetball, water sports, and salsa dancing. Has 30 years of experience in Financial Management. Licensed Real Estate Broker (Lic # C-17745) and Realtor. Holds a Bachelors's degree in Accounting and is a member of the Caguas Board of Realtors. Enjoys working with people and making there vacations wonderful, safe and unforgettable.

Housekeeping and Maintenance - Comfort Rentals offers quality housekeeping. In addition to quality housekeeping, optional housekeeping linen and towel service available upon request. Pre-arrival and post-departure property inspection to ensure each property continues to meet the highest standard. We also provide lawn services and landscaping, A/C maintenance, interior and exterior paint services, minor repairs, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and pest control.
Interior Design Services - Comfort Rentals offers interior design and property improvement services designed for the vacation rental market.
Helpful Information - Each property is stocked with information, contact numbers for tours & excursions, recommended activities, restaurant guides, and other tourist information. We also include emergency contact numbers. After arrival, we contact the guest and assist with any request.
Licensing - All our properties are registered with the Puerto Rico Tourism Department.
